Terms of Sales
The prices in this catalog are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, VAT included and guaranteed. It is possible to change them into other currencies from the menu in the lower left part of the website.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The guarantee takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, justified by the document you received by email (invoice) which we ask you to keep carefully. Not covered: damage due to poor maintenance or normal wear and tear.
Our delivery commitment is void to the extent that this unavailability is not attributable to L'atelier chouchou Sàrl. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Available items are sent by post within approximately 5 to 8 working days . Participation on your part is requested only once per order.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE
If the items received are not damaged, they must be returned intact and complete, within 30 days of receipt of your package to be refunded. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs of your new order are free.
Scrunchies damaged upon receipt are either refunded or replaced with another scrunchie. If a favorite has broken easily in the days following receipt, do not hesitate to write to us and we will see if we can find an arrangement.
Checks the condition of the delivered goods without delay to rule out obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defect or anomaly affecting the delivered goods so that we can remedy them.
All personal data will be considered confidential. The information necessary for managing the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies as part of the management of the order.
APPLICABLE LAW AND LEGAL FORUM
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the Bernese District Court.
